ASPYN INFORMATION SERVICES was formed in 2008 with a mission: to be the go-to IT Service and Support Partner for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) in Nanaimo. Many businesses face a common struggle. They don’t have the luxury of a hefty budget for a full-time IT or technical support team, nor do they have the time or resources to dive into the world of enterprise-level hardware and systems. And let’s not even get started on the maze of options available online or at those big-box stores. It’s a real headache.
So, ASPYN was formed in 2008, focusing on helping out a small group of local businesses in Nanaimo. We continued to grow our Top-Notch IT Services and grew our team and toolsets! We officially incorporated in the Fall of 2024.

Bradley brings over 30 years of experience in software development and more than 25 years in networking and IT infrastructure. As the founder of Aspyn, he’s passionate about building smart, efficient systems that solve real-world business problems. With deep technical expertise and a practical, budget-conscious approach, Bradley specializes in delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of small and mid-sized businesses. Known for his ability to navigate complex systems with ease, Bradley leads with innovation, reliability, and a commitment to making technology work for people—not the other way around.
TYSON SPRECKER – IT SPECIALIST
Tyson joined Aspyn in early 2025 after graduating from the highly regarded ITAS program for system administration. With a lifelong interest in computer systems and networking, Tyson brings not only technical expertise but also a decade of experience in the trades. This unique background gives him a strong understanding of real-world business operations and helps him quickly identify areas where smart technical solutions can solve practical problems. Tyson’s hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset make him a valuable asset to the Aspyn team and to the clients we support.
