  • Daily checks on backups and essential systems
  • Monthly Server patching and Maintenance
  • 2+ hours of IT and Technical Support for your business (Min included hours to be negotiated with the Business, based on their normal day-to-day needs)
  • Additional hours billed at a Preferred, discounted Rate!

Option 2 – Comprehensive Managed IT Support Package

This plan provides complete, end-to-end IT management and support for your business. It’s designed to cover all day-to-day IT needs, including proactive maintenance, user support, and system administration—allowing your team to focus on business operations while we handle the technology.

This plan includes:

  •    Unlimited user and system support
    Full coverage for all user requests, troubleshooting, break/fix issues, and software-related problems.
  •    Proactive monitoring and management of all systems
    Continuous monitoring of servers, network devices, and workstations to detect and resolve issues before they cause downtime.
  •    Daily backup and system health checks
    Verification and maintenance of backup integrity, disk health, and essential services to ensure reliability and business continuity.
  •    Monthly patching, updates, and maintenance
    – Regular updates and security patching for servers, network equipment, and workstations to keep systems secure and compliant.
  •    User onboarding/offboarding and account management
    – Management of user accounts, permissions, and access control for staff changes and new hires.
  •    Vendor and third-party coordination
    – We’ll work directly with your technology vendors (internet, software, mobile and cloud providers) to streamline support and minimize disruptions.
  •    Quarterly performance review and planning
    – Regular review of your network and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and plan for future needs.

Exclusions:
This plan covers all IT maintenance and support labor. Hardware purchases, software licensing, and new network or system additions (such as new servers, infrastructure projects, or system implementations) are not included and would be quoted separately.
