We have received a variety of reports from users experiencing Outlook Classic restarts when right-clicking emails to copy or move.
It turns out that there is an issue with Outlook Version 2605. Updating to Version 2606 should resolve.
To force an update, click on file, then “Office Account”
Off to the right will be “Update Options” – click on that and choose “Update Now”
Your Outlook should update to version 2606 and the problem should be resolved.
If your office update appears “stuck” you may need to reboot and/or repair Office.
